Woodcutting.
Wood cutting. Individual solid wood products.

Our cutting machines for solid wood are particularly suitable for cutting individual solid wood products in small, medium or large quantities.
FROM THE VACUUM LIFTER TO THE LONGITUDINAL CIRCULAR SAW
The vacuum lifter is operated by one person. It lifts the solid wood boards from the stack onto the crosscut saw, where they are cut to a previously defined and memorised length and transported on to the rip saw. The machines are equipped with special saw blades that are particularly suitable for cutting solid wood. Once the longitudinal circular saw has cut the boards to the correct width, they are ready for further processing.
Good eye for wood
Good skilled workers are needed to cut the wood. The employee must be able to visualise the end product so that he can choose the right wood and the right part from it. For one thing, the cut piece must be suitable for further processing (no defective wood), and for another, there should be as little waste wood as possible. Wood is an expensive and valuable raw material, especially for valuable wood such as oak or walnut, a high yield is extremely important to keep the material costs under control.
Wood is a natural product that can have a wide variety of both positive and negative characteristics. For example, there are often knots, fissures or stains in the wood, which cannot be used depending on the quality requirements of a particular product.

Undertable cross-cut saw Jrion - Technical Specification
On the crosscut saw, whole boards are cut to the required length. Depending on the product, the length varies from a few millimetres to the maximum possible cutting dimension of the machine.
Its power is particularly evident in combination with the vacuum lifter for effortless cutting of hard/heavy wood with large cross-sections and high cutting frequency.
The main advantages are its great flexibility, the optimum timber yield that can be achieved and the one-man operation.
Specifications:
- Cutting length up to 6400 mm (depending on premises)
- Cutting width up to 700 mm
- Cutting height 100 mm
- Engine power 14 kW

LONGITUDINAL CIRCULAR SAW – Jrion HFS 6200 - Technical Specification
On the longitudinal circular saw, whole boards or cut-to-length boards are sawn into so-called slats. Depending on the product, the width varies from a few millimetres to the maximum possible cutting dimension of the machine.
The universal longitudinal circular saw Jrion HFS is an all-rounder for any size of business. It stands for universal application possibilities in small, medium, and large enterprises. Wherever planks, boards or panels are cut, the Jrion has made a good name for itself as an efficient, flexible longitudinal circular saw.
The main advantages are the high flexibility, the optimum wood yield that can be achieved and the one-man operation.
Specifications:
- Cutting length up to 6200 mm
- Cutting width up to 350 mm
- Cutting height 150 mm
- Engine power 11 kW
Since the very solidly built saw, which was built in 1991, is becoming somewhat outdated, a replacement investment will be made in 2022 to replace the Jrion HFS with the ultra-modern “FlexiRip Jrion Line” from the manufacturer Weinig.
As redundancy, we also have a second longitudinal circular saw Jrion HFS.
Specifications:
- Cutting length up to 2200 mm (depending on premises)
- Cutting width up to 365 mm
- Cutting height 150 mm
- Engine power 12.5 kW
