Our modern CAD/CAM technology accompanies the project from the sales sketch at the first customer contact, through design and planning, all the way to production.
Any drawings created with a CAD programme (Computer Aided Design), for example of a furniture component, must be converted into another digital format for further processing. We use CAM (Computer Aided Manufacturing) for this purpose. This makes the drawing readable for our computer-controlled CNC machines.
Everything is possible
Thanks to the latest CAD/CAM technology, we can design 3-dimensional wood shapes of any kind, calculate the tool paths and also mill complex 3D solids and free-form surfaces. Preparing the necessary data for our 4- and 5-axis CNC machines requires many years of experience and a great deal of technical know-how. Our employees are constantly undergoing further training to ensure that they are always on top of the latest developments.
All CNC machining processes can be simulated and optimised virtually on the monitor.
We can also process customised fonts, engravings, wooden letters, or logos in wood.

In terms of CAD and CAM, we work with Top Solid Wood, a highly professional software that ensures the digital transfer chain from design to machining.
