CAD / CAM

Thanks to the latest CAD/CAM technology, we can design 3-dimensional wood shapes of any kind, calculate the tool paths and also mill complex 3D solids and free-form surfaces.

CNC milling is the most widely used subtractive manufacturing technology. CNC milling uses various cutting tools to remove material from a solid block to produce a part based on a CAD model.

Four-sided Planer

On our four-sided planer, solid wood parts are planed flat on all four sides with absolute precision, in one pass. The machine features ten spindles, four vertical, five horizontal and one universal spindle.

Panel press

Gluing is an art. Our many years’ experience allows us to glue the slats, so the joint is almost invisible. To this end, we check each slat for defects before the press. We also check the colour, structure, and growth ring position.
