PRODUCT DISPLAY FOR AN INNOVATIVE SWISS START-UP
The young Swiss start-up BATTE.RE AG has recognised the problem of many commuters and designed a solution: at 1000 points of sale, they rent out their mobile chargers, called "Battere". They are charged using environmentally-friendly solar power. The company uses solid wood displays from our workshop to store the devices on-site.
Andreas Braendle from Batte.re came to us for the manufacturing of the displays – with an order volume of 1000 pieces and a tight schedule. We developed the ideal product with the customer during an efficient advisory process: the displays are made from a single piece of walnut wood and are decorated with 20 milled cut-outs and laser engraving.

Thanks to the simultaneous use of several CNC machines, it was possible to complete the order in the available time.
As for the RELISH GUITARS necks, we insisted on milling so cleanly with the CNC machines that no polishing was necessary. Our customer can thus deliver the product directly to its points of sale. To do so, we constructed a special milling tool for the CNC machines.

After the first delivery of 1000 displays for German-speaking Switzerland, a further delivery for French-speaking Switzerland was recently completed.
Lasering gives the product the finishing touch
