NEW FIVE-AXLE CNC MACHINE IN USE
Nothing is impossible. Thanks to the latest technology. Our spirit of innovation and permanent striving towards technological progress are part of our company strategy. We live by these standards each day. Consequently, we will be using a compact and very precise five-axle CNC machine with a high-performance spindle from now on.
Thanks to its very compact and rigid construction, our new MAKA MK 7s-type FIVE-AXLE CNC MACHINE is dynamic but nevertheless very reliable. The machine has been in use for two months at our factory.
High precision, high rotation speed
This tried-and-tested allrounder among CNC machines is ideally suited to machining small or medium-sized parts. Its outstanding precision is crucial for our customers’ orders. We can ,for example, manufacture the walnut grip plates for Victorinox SWISS MODERN steak knives. It is normal that high rotation speeds are needed to machine solid wood. And even higher rotation speeds are needed for small parts like grip plates. The high-performance spindle integrated in the MAKA MK 7s makes this possible.
Investment increases performance
Thanks to this investment, we are even better at addressing customers’ needs, boosting efficiency in order processing and avoiding unnecessary bottlenecks. Furthermore, we no longer need to use the large CNC machines for small parts, so they remain available for other orders. From now on, we can manufacture various grip plates for knives for customers such as Victorinox using this machine. We can machine custom solid wood products even more efficiently, for product finishing meeting the highest design standards. Whether a special grip, an exclusive sale display or a solid wood element for interior design.
Robotic automation
And we are already thinking of the next step. We are studying and testing automatic machine feeds via robotics. Our goal is to fully automate the manufacturing of knife grip plates. We will thus be able to make even better use of our highly qualified staff’s knowledge to develop our products and services.$
