Preventing fires
The Muotathal fire department trained AS A GROUP OVER A PERIOD OF THREE HOURS IN THE FIELDS OF FIRE PREVENTION AND FIRE FIGHTING. THIS IS PARTICULARLY IMPORTANT IN OUR COMPANY WHERE WE WORK WITH WOOD. IF YOU KNOW HOW FIRES START AND SPREAD, YOU WILL ALSO ACT CORRECTLY IN EMERGENCIES.

Participants and codesigners
Two of our staff attended the “Staff: participant – codesigner” course. This two-day course took place at the Bürgenstock Higher Technical College, the Verband Schweizerischer Schreinermeister und Möbelfabrikanten training centre (VSSM). The goal of this course is for staff members to perceive their working environment differently and more positively and thus change from skilled workers into codesigners. This attitude towards work brings greater success for the company and promotes personal satisfaction.
